<p>I'm just starting out in this hobby of mine. I started 2 years ago with just a background of playing the drums in church and mixing at church. Now I'm just striving just to be better. I think the hardest thing for me is just marketing myself so that people can just hear what I make. I'm so confident in the music I make but the drive to make music people like is what keeps me going. I really want everyone to enjoy my music no matter what genre they usually listen to even though I am generally hip hop and pop oriented. My soundclick page was created two months ago 3 or 4 days before Christmas. Since creating my soundclick page, I have already had 15 songs placed on the musical charts, I have had 8 songs break the top 100 and I have had 4 songs break the top 20. The thing that surprised me the most was that those songs that people liked were songs I made 2 years ago to early last year. So if people like that I really hope they will like what I have now. Since placing newer songs on sound click I have had 2 top ten songs with Sinner's Prayer coming just shy of the top 5 with out any kind of promotion. The other song Not a Game I marketed and came in the top 20 but from that my For Lady Gaga pop song ended up jumping from top 100 to top 20. Thing about it, was that I was competing my instrumentals against people with vocals. To even be in the top 100 against that kind of talent was a true blessing. Music to me is a passion, because it is something I love to hear and create. Leadership to me is also a passion, and I practice that everyday at work. Ultimately I want to help people, Right now I'm just seeing the different ways in which that is possible. This is not a get rich quick scheme, honestly I don't even care about that because I care more about changing peoples lives or helping people than earning a buck from it. Chances are this is as far as it will go. The odds are high in that favor, I just want to effect as much people as possible through either my voice or sound. Those people who know me and understand me know that my true motivation is and always will people to bring a smile to a face or uplift a heart because I answer to Jesus and Jesus alone.
