Hi people, this is an experiment with my new equipment. For this album,"Here be Dragons" I am looking for a raw, root's, folk yet rock back boned sound........ if that makes any kind of sense. This is just the backtrack waiting for vocal and overdubs....any thoughts?

As an exercise in rhythm and timing this piece us superb. Those drums are pure class. I just went with the flow here. Great work well done

Well thought out piece with great recording quality...stylistic raw acoustic guitar with clean skilled drums and bass drive that generates a suberb energy for the listener. Enjoyed!

I enjoy the Flesh and Blood guitaring. The drums have a syncopated kind of feel-- and i can't imagine that these are loops. I'm guessing you've got a real drummer here. That's cool. Flesh and blood. The real deal in music.
i like the driving momentum that comes in at around 2:50. - nice feel.
This track is a jam.!

The drums are fantastic on this track everything else plays second fiddle to those drums i am afriad they are that good.
Dynamically those drums are spot on what did you use ? are they live recorded or a VST ?
fabulous drums.....
Theres a song in here for sure but it'd have to be a cracker to get over those drums

David, This is GREAT track. Your engineering is AWESOME. I really liked the building of this song. Great sounding acoustic guitar. The bass line is real tasteful.....and plays VERY tight with the percussion. The break around 2:50 is cool and adds allot to the song. GREAT JOB!! This place is SO MUCH better than SCS. GLAD you're here
