Great lyrics, performed with real passion. This has an almost George Michael feel to the delivery. The instrumentation is excellent. simple clear and very well put together. well done enjoyed this one

This is a very original style acoustical - jazzy - rock type song. Man, this is nice. The bass lines are awesome and right tight with the drums. The vocal phrasing and melody is very cool........and I really the like the harmonies. The guitar solo was all about taste.....MAN!!! I LOVED IT!!! Tone and all the right notes in perfect spots..... :-) Like a plotted course....GREAT TRACK!!!

Smooth, almost jazzy sound to this track. I like the effects on the guitar in the intro. At first there seems to be a tentativeness to the vocals, but it works really well. It provides a real sense of vulnerability which when compared to the more confident vocals that emerge highlights the strength of the relationship you're singing about. The turning point in the vocals comes the first "I never get close...". That's a great piece of writing and from there on the vocals, seemingly drawing on the strength of the person being sung about, gather an air of calmness and strength and by the last verse, assured that he has whom he wants to have the vocals take on an air of confidence. If that was done intentionally, you're a genius. If it was accidental, then it's the sort of accident that can only happen to people with talent. What starts sounding tentative morphs into a wonderful piece of songwriting and performance. The cool guitar break just adds the icing to the cake. Lovely piece of work. Congrats

Cheers
