Listening to the music of the rough and windy sea

It’s time to clear the mind to a maximum degree

My nostrils have been triggered by the clean and salty air

The people all around me, they intrigue by what they wear

But what I know is that my heart is longing for this place

It gives me somehow comfort, almost like a warm embrace

I can’t exactly figure out what captivates my mind

Never felt such a sphere before, unrivalled in its kind

A kaleidoscope of people, turns the beach into a bed

Of multi colored flowers, well arranged and neatly spread

Some lost and lonely pedlar, walking countless miles a day

The trawlers are like tiny dots, they slowly fade away

And right here in the middle of impressionistic style

Swept by huge artistic waves, unconscious for a while

Surrounded by a spectrum of immaculate white sand

The canvas seems more lively, vivid colors tend to blend

 Like I'm sailing through time, I need: not wind, not waves, zero gravity while I glide...

 The day is growing older, though the night is fairly young

 I like the gust of wind, it blows my thoughts, where they belong

 The sun is setting slowly , but the dusk is falling fast

 The day is drawing to a close, I try to make it last

I wrote this song in 2017, while lying on the beach in Paralia, Greece. 

I was much inspired by the atmosphere aroud me.
