Historia De Un Amor (Story of Love) is an old traditional Spanish Song. I recorded this rendition for my mom who used to play this type of melody to me when I was very young. The progression always stuck in my head as an emotional moving one. I tried using a variety of instruments, electric, acoustic guitars, some keys with horns and some hammond organ to try to capture a jazzy vintage feel to this but with contemporary soloing. I hope you enjoy it.

This is indeed a very nice progression, my friend. Beautiful melody also. You totally swept me up into a happy place with this performance here. Passionate and perfect in every way. I can't get enough of your music. Just outstanding!

Heard this on the show and I had to dl it for my personal home listening pleasure. This brought me back to a time when I was little in Puerto Rico and seeing the old men every friday playing dominos outside. This is a wonderful recording my friend.

Now how can I NOT be into this tune?! Love this kind of music and Bilbozo does it right! Love that guitar of course but I'm always a sucker for the horns!!! Needs more Maracas between the guitar parts in my opinion...otherwise super bilbozo track as expected!

Bill, you MUST get Claudia to sing this! I can just hear that beautiful voice on this!
Gorgeous as is, but it'd be absoulutely out of this world with Claudia's vocals.

I started playing guitar when I was 16 with a love for world music, latin and rock. I try to do something in almost every genre to be as rounded a player as I can ! I have been playing in various local bands for about 15 years. When the digital recording age came along I built a home studio and began to learn recording, Acid Looping and combining those elements together to create grooves and compositions. I have a business and a family but I continue to be a weekend warrior playing in a Classic Rock Band for fun and fuel my passion to write grooves, soundtracks, jingle bites and ambient compositions. This is my Hidden Mission !
I also want to thank Frank from Stratage Guitars for providing me the opportunity to own the finest tool for my music compositions. Whether you are playing live or in the studio, Stratage Guitars are nothing short of amazing. I love using my Averon Custom Shop in the studio. It produces any tonal possibility, from sparkly clean warmth to beefy blues tones, smooth jazz sounds, right down to heavy rock grit and everything in between. Stratage produces sonic technology and innovation that re-defines a guitar players true needs, beyond expectation. Truly the most versatile guitar I have ever had the pleasure of playing To learn more about these incredible guitars and basses, visit www.stratageguitars.com
