It's always exciting to get the opportunity to collab with other guitar players. One of them is PeteTebar (SPD2). Pete just blew me away with his picking, aggressive style, killer vibrato. So right away if we were going to collab it would have to be something heavy, intense and dynamic. Arena style rock/metal that boils in your blood like a seringe of caffeine. Pete and I hope you enjoy Metalshop 101 and of course feel free to leave some comments. Pete you killed this one, great work my friend. Get your lighters ready... Would love to hear from guitar players about their rigs, equipment and recording techniques> I have been a player for 15 years and just got into home recording. I use Acid Pro, Sonar 6, Reason, Sonic Foundry and a Light Snake. As for my Rig I have a Fender Highway One Strat, Pod-XT Live, and use Line 6 Flexetone III Amps and Sure 57's & 58's. A Hand-Made Custom PRS-Style Guitar (MCartyu-style) made by my famous master luthier brother (Thanks Bob, you da best). I use Texas Special and Seymour Duncan Pickups in all my guitars.
As for recording I'd like to meet a few people and talk about techniques, tips and tricks of the trade. I have coaberated on a number of tracks as well, so if you are willing to have fun, share some thought and music...I'm the guy that eats that stuff up ! Chers and Thanks !

I would like to thank him for his incredible vocal talent and Buddrumming for his awesome drums & precussion. Some really great sax from the great Steve (Slap Johnson) Bone. All other instruments were played by myself, bass, guitars, backup harmonies and keyboards. This is a really special song..great baby making music too heheheh. Comments always welcome.
