I put up a song called This City. Listen to it if you're really tired and just want to slow down in a hyper-active world.
Check out this video put together by Scott Capizzo of Surfside Productions for the Sweetmeat and the Silverfish song, Constantly!

Sweetmeat and the Silverfish

It has a nice local island vibe on a June afternoon at the Cisco Brewery on Nantucket Island.

Hi all!

Looks like our quartet is finally in full swing now. We just uploaded our most recent instrumental composition Knock Him Off. Rob Grant came up with this excellent groove and asked us if we could get wild for this one. Well, this is not a type of request we leave unheeded, so we did get reasonably wild. The track features fantastic harp by Farrell and, of course, Gary's world class guitar.

Thank you Rob, Farrell and Gary for making this and a lot of other magic moments happen time and time again. Love you, guys, and treasure your friendship.

Doctor C

Well, Folks.

My new album; "Words And Music" is now complete. I now have to find some ways of selling it to the public. As, with so much in this area, I am a complete novice. Any advice any of you can give me as to the various routes I might take to market my record would be very much welcome.

Should I go down the download route, and If so how can I do this?

Your confused friend, Phil
