<p><a href="#">Remember Me (Soundtrack 2013 project)</a></p><p> </p><p>I have been hard at work now for a while building my 2013 soundtrack CD. Soundtracks and video game music have always been a huge part of my life and played a big part in getting me into music at a very young age. This is a life goal, has been a dream of mine and now i feel the time is right to create this CD. The CD will be both a collection of my own works and collabs with other artists and soundtracks musicians, a couple of work in soundtracks as a profession!!... there are also a couple of top mix artists working on tracks with me!!.. </p><p>"Remember Me" is a end of game/credits ost or for the ending cut scene or story... The two CD album will feature a varied style of tracks... there will be an RPG Set and a General set of tracks, each one taking up a CD. Orchestral to Dubstep,Dance to Rock, its all there in soundtrack form!.</p><p> </p><p> Thank you for your time!</p><p> </p><p> Dave</p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Hey Everyone! I am hearing that there are some issue with our Flash Players and Internet Explorer. We are looking into the issue but in the mean time, please use Firefox or Chrome. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">This issue is kind of odd because we have not mad any changes to the site. As most of you have read, we will be revamping the entire site with pretty much all new code in the next month or so. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Our apologies for the issue but please know that we are working on trying to resolve it.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">The odd thing is that it appears to be an issue only on this site. I have checked out our embedded players on multiple sites and they play fine! </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">UPDATE -- <a href="http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1192612">http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1192612</a> This is a bug in Flash. <p>To all my good friends on the mix. I have been undergoing eye surgery and it has been rough I have to avoid reading as much as possible. I have been in Denver, Colorado. No permanent disabilities and I will be back soon to catch up on what I have missed, and look forward to be back in chat. ,,you upload a new tune and let it settle like a fine wine ,,,in my case i upload tunes like shaking and opening a bottle of the fizzy stuff ,,it just bubbles out in a chaotic state of sonicness ,,lol ,,:)</p>
<p>this new tune ive done ,i couldnt work out what style it was in so i sat there and came up with a thing whereby if you could translate your dreams and nightmares into some audio form what would it sound like ,,,anyways after i stopped laughing i thought hey not such a bad idea ,,and so my new track this fear is based on the kind of dreams i occasionally have ...probably down to too many curries ,,i dont know ,,you decide

I have played with such people as Roy Clark, Jana Jae, Reba McEntire's guitar player, little brother of Brooks and Dunn's guitar player, and many others. I've been on the radio and TV and was close to a record deal. But, I finally just got pissed off at the music business in general, and especially country music. Country isn't country anymore and people don't seem to know what country is these days. Also, being on the road constantly really wears you down. I wanted to go fishing or hang out with my friends but couldn't because I always had somewhere I had to be. When I finally quit, I could look at my schedule and see where I was going to be two years ahead. That's just ridiculous! So, I quit. I still have a lot of my equipment though. I have 24 guitars, 5 amps, a bass, and a bunch of PA equipment. So, maybe one of these days I'll start up again, but on my own terms this time.</p><p><span style="color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;">A note about my music.</span> If you are looking for a polished studio sound, you won't find it here. I don't have fancy recording equipment and choose, at the moment, to not have a band. It's just me. My music is rough, raw, and real. But I ask you to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">really</span> listen to the songs. I promise that my songs are truthful, honest, and from the heart. However, I believe this is the core of music. Everybody should put themselves out there like this. Because that's what I'm doing.....putting myself out there. I've made many recordings in studios when I was playing full time. But there are no studios involved in my music now. No studios to hide mistakes or make a song "pretty" or have the perfect mix to fool the listener's ear into believing they like what they here. My music is raw but <span style="text-decoration: underline;">very</span> honest.</p><p>If you want to know me......just listen to my songs. Every song is true and has actually happened at some point in my life. <p>I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be releasing a new Mixposure version in the not so distant future. The overall look will be pretty much the same so no need to get upset that we are recreating the wheel or making drastic Facebook like changes. I am testing out the new layout now and from what I see you guys are going to love it. It is much easier to use and will be a lot more intuitive.</p><p>As an example, we will be back on one server. This was not a huge deal because you could always use the mixposure.com/artist_name vs www2.mixposure.com/artist_name. I was just not a huge fan of the www2 so I am glad that will be gone.</p><p>On the artist page, if you want to add a new song, once logged in you will see a plus (+) button. Just click the plus button to add a new song to your page. There will be a "x" to delete it or an "o" to update it.</p><p><br />If you want to change your artist image, while logged in, just click it. You will then get the screen to change it.</p><p>You will also be able to "Follow" other members.</p><p>These are just a few of the cool features that will be available. I will be posting more info as I get deeper into it but I thought I would share.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">This is a latin based instrumental track, laid back with a hint of jazz. I just aquired a Godin "La Petrie" spanish acoustic guitar and was anxious to hear how it sounded compared to my other guitars, so this is the first track I recorded with it. I tried to create a mood so people could visualize the setting. Hopefully it comes across as a vision of some utopian place in paradise. Big kudos for buddy Steve Bone (Slap Johnson) whom I always turn to for mood setting woodwind loops.
