<strong>JUST SO YOU KNOW, I DO EVERYTHING BY MYSELF, MUSIC, RECORDING, MIXING, EVERYTHING!!!<br /><br />SEE FOR ME, I UTILIZE THIS TOOL OF MUSIC AS A FORM OF MODERN POETRY....PERIOD....HIP HOP IS MODERN POETIC STREET CHANTIN' </strong><br /><br />"Music is my life...i started playing drums when i was 5 and just moved into so many different instruments over the years. I was stubborn about my learning process, i never took any lessons and refused to ever play cover tunes, for some reason i knew by doing so would create a unique, all my own style.<strong>I now play keys, anything with percussion, bass, guitar, vocals, have my own little studio, record, mix all on my own. Everything you hear was created and recorded by me alone.</strong> My focus is hip hop, I've always loved hip hop since the days of Slick Rick, Leaders of the new school, Tribe called quest and so on. The problem now is...hip hop (on a main stream level) is so redundant, and for me, has lost its power. <strong>My goal is to focus on the modern poetry that made hip hop what it is today.</strong> Lyrics and beats...the 2 fundemental elements of the music....where the **** have they gone? Im not in this to become famous or for money...I dont even care if you dont like my music or even give it a listen, i do this purely for the LOVE

So, I'm going to be upgrading to a Silver account so I can get more songs uploaded onto here. I have a feeling I'll be more interactive that way. As a precursor to all that jazz, I uploaded a new song, Kaleidoscope. Give it a listen

G'day all, just letting u all know I'm back in London, had some food poisoning while here but ok now, now relaxing and waiting to fly home and make some new music, also thinkng about buying a macbook for garage band, it has really blown me away at the London apple store...<img src="images/smilies/face-grin.png" border="0" alt="grin" title="grin" />

We played at this charity event for battered women.<br />We were also featured on our local news station. I've always loved that&nbsp;1960's &nbsp;British Rock Pop sound and this song has it all. From the catchy beat to the chorus that drops from a major to a minor chord with the lovely harmonies.&nbsp;So I recorded one.<br /><br />I&nbsp;tried my&nbsp;best&nbsp; to get that Farfisa or Vox Continental&nbsp;organ sound that the Animals were famous for. Plus, I've kept it close to the original but I taken some liberties here and there with it, especially with the guitars.<br /><br />I hope you enjoy it as much as I did recording it and if you remember it, sing along!.<br /><br />Farrell<br /><br />Note: I have obtained the proper license from the Harry Fox Agency
