Well, I finally got around to laying down the vocals for this one. I am definitely NOT a singer, but what are you gonna do. If you are going to write songs and don't currently have a singer, you do the best you can and work to improve with each song.....a bit of melodyne, a bit of ozone It's the best I can do for now. I have to go back and re-track a few of the lines that I really messed up. But it might be awhile until I have the chance to do so....so here it is for now...
THIS IS A MESSAGE I RECEIVED RECENTLY ON MY MY SPACE PAGE FROM "DOT ON SHAFT GUITARS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HEY DiCarlo! how the heck are you?
Thank You so much for writing me!
These guitars were named after my dear Mom. She made a statement that I was paying too much attention to the Carparelli name ( my dads side ) and not enough on the Decarlo side. So I said, Mom no worries, I save the best for last and so the DeCarlo Brand of DOT ON SHAFT GUITARS came to birth.
They are simply freaking gorgeous and world class instruments.
I sometimes wonder why Di and De? someone changed that down the road...but who was first? DE or DI? don't matter, we are from the CARLO clan. That's what the Di and De mean.
Son of Carlo Clan.
Let me pass this by my Mom first...about changing the spelling LOL
I want to say thank you for spreading the word on ImusicScene. The fellows over there have been just nothing but Amazing to me. I appreciate all that has happend there so far. Rasmuth has been so cool too. And Do you know Don Waller? another spectacular fellow. Very supportive of us.
My wife is the Wurst Fan....and I'm really contemplating about going to the German Musik Messe show! I'm very close to making a decision. Depends on some of my manufacturers decisions.
What brought you to Berlin? I hear it's amazing there!
Thanks for writing my friend, very cool of you to write me. Keep in touch man, I love your tunes especially that All Systems down

Hi guys,
I have been recommended this site from my friend Buddrumming. I love it. I am starting to post some of my tracks now. I hope you all enjoy them. I love to collaborate on projects. I have collaborated with Bud on one of his blues tracks recently. I laid down a hammond track for his acoustic blues song. Check it out, let me know what you think. The amazing thing is the fact he is in Canada, I am in Australia, we have never met yet I can still be a part of his music creation process. Bring it on I say. If you need a keyboard part laid down for one of your tracks, drop me a line. I generally only want some recognition for my work if you use it. Thank you IMS for giving us "home studio" muso's a place to share ideas and creativity. Keep it up everyone, I know I'm listening.
<p><font size="3" color="#ff0000">Hey guys it is not often I do this but I stumbled on a tune today that had 1 review and I added another. I was surprised I missed it. I thought it was a fantastic track so I thought I would feature it here. </font></p><p><font size="3" color="#ff0000">Great Job on this one Lex!</font></p> <font size="3" color="#ff0000"><a href="/comment.php?mode=view_comments&type=song&band_id=803&song_id=3781&template=script_comment.tpl">Have a Listen</a></font>
Signed up today for the platinum account. I've taken my soundclick site off of V.I.P status and moved here. I think what I like about IMusic Scene is that it is more like a community of like minded individuals with the same goal in mind. To get better. What's not to like about that?
Ok first of I just want to thank every one for listening to my music in the first place, and for Rasmuth and RSCain (hope I spelled that right) for playing them on there shows, its such a thrill.
Now first things first,, Ok.
I am not a studio muso, never will be, and I'm not the best with Timming etc I know that,
and always trying to improve, so just enjoy the songs for what they are.
Also the last 2 songs I posted " Dead on Arrival" and "Upside down" were done with my band "Soulhaven" about six years ago on a CD we did called "Dead On Arrival"
I just played the guitar, we did it in a studio up in Australia, all I did was just play guitar..
The songs I'm doing now are just for fun, If people like them cool, if not no big deal, I remixed and remixed acouple my songs just to please others but it just drove me nuts when even after the mix they still werent happy. You know what..
from now on I'm writting how I want.. and hopefully I can enjoy the song , and so can others.
I'm not trying to **** any one off but this whole timming thing or too much this or that got me down and I didnt play for a week. I dont want to go through that again..
I just want to enjoy my music for what it is.
I'm not Joe Satriani, or Steve Vai, or any one else
I'm Jason W Ramsay (Milo) and thats all that matters ..
