<p>Take a shy guitarist, an ugly drummer, a fat bassist and an emo vocalist. Throw in some sugar-covered bananas, a lot of talent, and a fuckload of "I don't give a ****" and you get Built on Despondency. Formed in September 2006 in the Edmonton area, Built on Despondency are a bunch of small town kids in love with metal. With influences ranging from all types of music, the band continues to experiment and expand their sound. They write the music they love, and hope you will love it too.
