I am a physician with a bounty of inspiration for songs that I hope will take my listeners around the World along a steep path of love, hardship and wisdom. I was born and raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo as the 12th of 15 children. My Dad, a dedicated teacher, wanted all of us children to succeed in life and pushed us to strive for success. I studied the Université of Kinshasa and graduated in medicine in 1983. My first post was as a physician at Bibanga Hospital where I performed all medical procedures and had to handle all types of emergencies.

Today, as a cancer specialist and researcher, I face with my patients every day the battle of life over death. To keep my energy and happy nature intact, I “recharge my batteries”  by writing books and creating songs that convey the emotions from my life and work experience. But it is the challenge of my two children to publish my creative work that pushed me to take my writing and singing a step further. I am determined to prove to my children that anything is possible if one is only determined enough, open minded and willing to learn along the way.
