Walk on by

Intro

ooohhhhh

oooo ooohhhhhh

ooo oooohhhhhh

oooooooooo

Verse 1

Walk on by

no more sad goodbyes

no tears in those eyes

walk on by

You think i am stupid

to believe your lies

do i look like a fool

to play your games

i read you like an open book

i saw who you were,

i know what you are

Chorus

Walk on by cause nobody loves you

walk on by as i don't need you

walk on by, no time for tears

walk on by, have no fears

Verse 2

You thought deception

was a gateway to win

the countless times

i knew where it beings

within your crazy mind

a doorway i could find

Pre chorus

I never felt so low

i only saw a liar

no tears in my eyes

no love lost here

i have no fear

Chorus 2

walk on by cause nobody loves you

walk on by as i don't need you

walk on by, no time for tears

walk on by, i have no fears

no sympathy, for the low

so what, you have nowhere to go

a problem that is not

mine to show

walk on by

I've let you go

 Solo

walk on by

I've let you go

Walk on by, cause nobody loves you

walk on by as ,i don't need you

walk on by, no time for tears

walk on by, i have no fears

 Final chorus

Did you ever really care

did you ever really love me

walk on by

no tears, no tears in my eyes

Walk on by

 Outro

Walk on by,

no love lost here

walk on by

i have no fears

Walk on by (c) Dave Meredith June 2026

Walk on by:  A song i completed in June this year. A British Indie Rock song. I had been experimenting with lyrics and music chords. Omnisphere 3 has a top tier 70 GB of sounds and i have another 50gb plus of user sounds. The guitar selection is top tier. Working over many years with Joe Rodriguez , and going back 15-20 years with many vocalists like Rich Lodato, Annette, Tim, Ashelyn, Brian and many more,  many rock tracks... where these guys recorded their vocals...Joe guitars... and then all the recent soundtrack with Joe and guitars, i had to put more work into chords as Joe likes to know the chord structure for guitar melody. This knowledge and time allowed me to work new structure and ideas into my work. The vocals in this one are my trained AI singer which i have no reason to hide ( i spent 9 months training her on my years of music and styles)... i am not a singer.

The music and lyrics is all me. The guitars are Omnisphere 3, layered and arpeggiated, and power guitar, drums are single shot sounds and loops combined, melody and structure is me. Bass is Nexus guitar bass. Piano and synths are Omni 3.   Moving to a 64 bit DAW after being too stubborn to move for years from a 32 bit is something i should have done sooner. Superior mastering options, higher sound quality and far more flexibility with effects and layering.

Anyone who knows my work for many years will spot my sound in these tracks....the chords have not changed much from 20-30 and more, plus years ago... its structure, tech and sound choices and being able to get sound vocals again...but as i always tell people, if you feel you can sing on these tracks, that you can do a good job, let me know. These vocals are only blueprints , templates to showcase my music and songwriting..
