Avalanche, and the founder of the band Avalanche Mike Foster, just blew away myself, the listeners and the folks in the live chat with this Center Stage Presentation! Folks, it just doesn't get any better than this, does it? To really learn about a band that has a 30 plus year history is just really amazing. When you invite a band of this caliber with that much history, you simply cannot limit them to a 5 minute narrative each inbetween sets! IMPOSSIBLE! So, that's why this one was 52 minutes long and every second of it was entertaining!! I've made it an hour, playing their track "The Road Less Travelled" - the anniversary tune of Avalanche, celebrating not only that they are keeping Classic Rock alive with their own distinctive sound, but also what matters most: friendship!!!

Listen to more of Avalanche's HERE.

If you missed this last show, you please download it to your iPOD or whatever means to listen to a rebroadcast of this great show via the following links:

September 6, 2008 SNR - featuring Avalanche - Hi-Fi

September 6, 2008 SNR - featuring Avalanche - Lo-Fi

The complete playlist of this past Saturday's show is HERE. For all other re-broadcast links, please visit the Mix Radio Blogs Page

We hope to see you again next Saturday for another exciting Mix Radio Center Stage Presentation via Mixposure.com - "Interactive Radio" at its best!

Your Host,

Mike K

What a guy with a big sound, playing his acoustic guitar! And, please, take a listen if you have missed the live show, because Gary doesn't only have a big sound, but also a HUGE heart and some of the stuff you will listen to will make your eyes watery! That was our Center Stage Presentation for August 9, 2008: Gary Burris! Not only were the people in chat moved by Gary's awesome presenation, but also those who just "listened in" without visiting the chat! Truly awesome is just the word that describes this CSP to me!

Listen to more of Gary's music HERE.

If you missed this last show, you need to make it your duty to listen to a rebroadcast via the following links:

August 9, 2008 SNR - featuring Gary Burris - Hi-Fi

August 9, 2008 SNR - featuring Gary Burris - Lo-Fi

The complete playlist of this past Saturday's show is HERE. For all other re-broadcast links, please visit the Mix Radio Blogs Page

I sincerely hope that you know by now where "real" music, by "real" artists being themselves, can be heard! You also should realize that we are not just another "Internet Station, playing Indies". Not at all! I have pretty hight standards when it comes to putting my shows together. I want all Indies to be heard, but, by keeping the quality of music in mind that would attract interest by a larger audience, I will only bring you those tunes that I personally think are ready for radio. Don't even bother to guess... YES - I am opinionated when it comes to music!

We hope to see you again next Saturday for another exciting Mix Radio Center Stage Presentation via Mixposure.com - "Interactive Radio" at its best! This next CSP will be a couple of minutes short of an hour! Yeah - belive it or not!! (Not the norm and I won't bore you with the details). It also will be my last show for the month of August as my wife and I are moving into a new house. I will need some time to set up the studio! Meanwhile, please take a listen to this last show! Gary Burris us AMAZING!

Your Host,
Mike K

Another great Mix Radio Center Stage Presentation is in the books, this time with our special guest John Crafton, along with his project Fable! This presentation was very good in that John and his fellow artists were giving the listeners not only excellent music and an inside view of what John Crafton is all about, but also food for thought about some of the issues humanity has to deal with in these days. Thought provoking and entertaining. How much better can it get for an interested audience? It doesn't get much better than this!

Listen to more of John Crafton's music HERE.

As always, it's a pleasure to feature all of these great artists from all over the world on Mix Radio. Not just during the Center Stage Presentation, but in general. What an abundance of talent! Who would need "traditional" mainstream radio? I sure do not! Independent Artists are far more original and entertaining (yes, you may quote me on that!) We feature many such artists who should be mainstream, because they are that good!

If you missed this last show, you need to make it your duty to listen to a rebroadcast via the following links:

August 2, 2008 SNR - featuring John Crafton - Hi-Fi

August 2, 2008 SNR - featuring John Crafton - Lo-Fi

The complete playlist of this past Saturday's show is HERE.

For all other re-broadcast links, please visit the Mix Radio Blogs Page

We hope to see you again next Saturday for another exciting Mix Radio Center Stage Presentation via Mixposure.com - "Interactive Radio" at its best!

Your Host,

Mike K
