Ummmmm...the backing track is very good. But your vocal sounds like it is sitting on top of the mix instead of being in the mix. That is distracting to my ears. Perhaps another mix is warranted?

damn j.. what can i say.. knew i'd love this all the way.. a friend is any good bassman anyway.. this got a 70s fusion sound today.. i mean the recording.. almost live in the studio sound quality.. really dig that.. this a great reggae sort of band interplay.. love the bass and guitars.. the sparseness.. let's the bass be free.. rhythmically.. not too much in your way sonically.. that is funked out i'd say.. like my way.. bro man sorry i was late is all i can say.. jazz is my language anyday.. congrats on the fellas.. great jam.. fine tune.. cheers..

Nice funk groove ya got going here, staring with the bass and that poppin snare ... ya gotta love it. It's a really nice deep pocket! congratulations on the execution of a tighter than tight romp!
