This is wonderfully spare and very beautifully sung. I'm going to be listening to this a bunch more times. The mood is smoky and evocative with such a narrative quality I can see it as the backing of some very stark cinematic piece. But the vocal delivery and lyrics are so immediate that it tells a story all on its own.
What a cool, groovy, sultry track. Love this. Those harmonies are stellar. Great stuff, girls.
