Wow that bass line is a real attention getter! The drums and bass work together perfectly. I like your thoughtful lyrics and vocal delivery. Great drive in the mix!...

DrC, you always amaze with the music you bring forth and this my friend is just beautifully done!

I shouldn't comment on a classical piece.... But this is awesome. The instrumentation, arranging and of course ,your abilities as a keyboardist are always wonderous to listen too. Very well done !!
BRAVO....Doc C !!!!!

It has been awhile, never too late and especially to relax the end of my afternoon of listening. A great melody, having heard it long while back. I really enjoy the subtle guitar and fine organ synth sound. The percussive is subtle, like drops of water, and the whole tune cascades so well. Very inspiring. A calm realm you have altered me into. I am very delighted to hear your rendition of this; well produced Doc C. Worth much more listens. Tender and soothing. Brilliant. Such a warm feeling to this piece. Thanks for the pleasure. WONDERFUL.

Happy to return, after some time away, but never too far. Needed a break.
Ok, I really need to add this, this song may sound like an easy piece to perform, but your left hand is ALL OVER THE PLACE, literally. Again.....wonderful performance !!!!!!
Wow one of my all time fav classical pieces. I actually did both a keyboard and a guitars version of this piece. Not an easy one to play for sure and you did it more than justice my friend. BRAVO !!!!!!
Gabriel
Probably the best recording of this piece I've ever heard. Just beautiful!
Brilliant execution of ambient soundscapes. Really nice and mellow melody, I hate to use the same words from others reviewing but soothing is a perfect word for this composition!
Satie of course perhaps the most famous melody ever - great atmospheric arrangement. ftlpope
Love the lush intro.....the sounds are fabulous...DrC...great to hear a piece like this.....soothing, calming and played beautifully.Your arrangement is fantastic.....Always enjoy listening to your tracks...Dang' you kind of teased me with the Hammond at the end...:-)) Happy Holidays.... my friend,
All the best.....for 2009

Oh Doc...
Mate I am sold.
Gymnopedie No 1 is one of my all time fav classical pieces.
It's drips with peace and sunny afternoons.
You have done a WONDERFUL version of it mate.
Simply wonderful.
I am SO grabbing that download!!!
Hats off to you for the musicianship.
Your pacing is spot on IMHO.
I have heard other versions where they rushed the phrases,or worse still, delayed them.
This is perfect.
Sigh.......
Loved it Doc.
