billb summed it up quite well, seems to me. In a slightly uncomfortable way I enjoyed this. A lot. It is unique. I love the originality. Standing ovation from here.

I sat down, leaned back, and completely enjoyed this tune! It unfolds in a most interesting way, to me at least. Love the instrumentation. This was a pleasure and I appreciate you sharing this.

Love the floating guitars back and forth in the stereo field. Mighty fine guitar playing. A cool and interesting tune, too. I enjoyed this, Paul.

wow..! had the head phones on for this..love the dis-corded guitar/bass progression, as well as the white noise under the mix, nice job.
I love it when a piece makes me feel e..ed..edg...edgy!
just a thought, how bout' a version with a transistorized recording of "It's a small world after all" way down in the mix slowly being brought in and out.....haha..
very nice work my friend.
Paul
Very theatrical piece with the sparse instrumentation and the dark vocals. Very intense work with great sense of dynamics. It took me a while to get used to the discordant guitar and bass, but it works. Very creative track.
...always love the Bella Lagosi type vocals in theatrical presentation.
Dark...and a very accurate feel of absolute destitude...as it would be when someone is talking to themselves and aimlessly walking around in circles waiting for their demise.
I too, like the tortured dischordent tones of the guitar and bass...and the backwash does have an effect of : (a clip from a movie segment).
I thought the sequence of the events were very predictable...as it really only has 2 dominate chords.... I believe that adding in a segment (daydream/ reflections of past/ a moment of bliss) would break up the deluge of grief enough so that the return to the head would be more of a shock....
Paul's idea of adding something more to this, is a good one.
Obviously, this toon comes from a place in you that not many muso's would dare to go....Hats off to you.
Balls the size of watermelons...applause and take a bow.
This kinda work is very kool.
