Very creative Eric...I enjoyed listening, even though I hate thinkin' of that old Grim Reaper (I'm beginning to get old..) 👍😉
I like that you’re stretching in different directions and this is very musical direction indeed I like the story I’m still trying to quite figure out what it is. I hear an underlined story here but I’m not sure what it is. I love the peace and I love the way you perform it and the changes and that piano part is just beautiful with the bass. Cheers, my buddy and a great new song.
A top song Eric. The changes we don't notice in people and, to late, we let the grim reaper steal them for his collection. The joker carries on laughing at the constant irony within those situations. Love the musical arrangements and as always a top quality vocal.

Through the first verse this reminds me of Harry Chapin's style (a compliment). But when the chorus hits it leaves Harry C. behind and it becomes BLJ's own unique style. Great vocals (all of them) and the music builds and is mixed well. I like it !
