The thick background pad at the first half is a great sound. The vocal harmonies give it a wonderful unified feel to it and keep it from sounding too unhappy or at least make one feel they are not...

just hard to find one aound...and I don't really play jeys well anyway. BUT HEY!! This is about YOU!! Great track....strange vox, but I enjoyed them. They really fit the mood. The piano theme was a bit haunting, almost horror movie styled. Guitar work...EXCELLENTO!! Great Track!
A real intimacy is added to the lyrics with the recitative delivery. Love the contrast between the atmospheric pads and the punctuation of the bass lines. Nice work as always, Chris!

Chris I think this style works very well. It's very cinematic with lots of imagery in the lyric. The talking/singing style of your vocal helps tell the story with a very personal touch. Nice work here!
