Verse 1 You’re mysterious I wonder what’s behind your smile I wish that you would stay sometime Ooooh, Ooooh It would be so nice You’re mysterious A shadow in my dreams, sublime A misty rain that falls so fine Oooooh, Oooooh Caressing me
Chorus Will you let me inside Be a part of your life And your light Let’s begin We could write our own song Make the melody strong We belong Let me in
Verse 2 You’re mysterious I wonder if I catch your eye And do you even notice when I smile At you As you walk on by It’s mysterious This feeling that you’re part of me A glimpse of what our love could be If we Were together

You're Mysterious is a song about a feeling I think many of us have had at one time. You see someone, you feel a vibe, a connection and then you wonder if they have noticed you. Sometimes you go down "that road" where you are wondering all kinds of things about what it would be like if you were 'together'. This song is just a mind rambling about what could be... if!

I love the way the synth sound just kind of swoops me off my feet to pull me in....very good addition of the piano, & some fine more subtle guitar. Like the backup, with a solid sounding piano, with a very nice touch of them keys. Lovely vocals come in at a perfect timing...creates a mystical mood, realxing, and such fine lyrics. Like those subtle percussive sounds. A very soulful tune -moves along so well, great sound mix a'' 'round. Wonderful arranging.

Love the great orchestral sound. Lovely! Really enjoy the start up with such cool percussion, nice and subtle sound I never heard with that neat percussive instrument to keep a stylish groove, adds texture, most cool drums & bass. Fine addition of piano. Your vocals are most IMPRESSIVE, such a lovely tone & range, most expressive & emotive...as always,-now this is so refreshing. Love the lyrics. Great choice of instruments. Love the horns added also; which I miss. A very DYNAMIC tune. Like the arranging; it's just perfect...so carefree and mystical, you really got me here. You captured & enraptured me Natalie. This is a top notch production. SUPERB. Ino my faves lovely lady.

So very lovely...you caught my heart with this song!

Born in Canada, Natalie Brown‘s passion for music was nurtured from a young age by her involvement in theater, gospel music, creative writing and local session work as a vocalist and writer. Upon deciding to pursue a professional music career, she moved to California and was selected to sing with internationally acclaimed Gospel recording artist Ron Kenoly during his “Welcome Home” tour in 1996. She toured around the USA and upon returning to California, Natalie studied with world-renowned vocal instructors Seth Riggs (Stevie Wonder, Tevin Campbell, Deborah Cox) and Dave Stroud (Terry Ellis of En Vogue, Rosie Gaines).

Natalie’s debut album was released in late 2000 and contained thirteen original songs. Created with a thoughtful range of subject matter, tempo and mood throughout the album, “Let The Candle Burn” was enthusiastically welcomed by fans and industry personnel alike. She painted an interesting tapestry of sound on an album that included carefree, upbeat tracks, mid-tempo chillout songs and sweet soulful ballads.

Natalie returned to the studio to record the 2003 Holiday album entitled “A Cool Christmas“, a 10 song Cool R&B/Pop influenced collection of Holiday favorites. The album included the beloved “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”, the soaring chime of “Silver Bells” and the quietly understated “I’ll Be Home For Christmas”. Natalie pulled Ray Charles’ “Christmas Time” out of the archives and gave it a light, airy spin that served the tune well. Up-tempo numbers included a Swing infused “Let It Snow” and a contemporary pairing of “Winter Wonderland” and “Sleigh Ride”. A mellow-groove rendition of “Give Love on Christmas Day” rounded out the sure-to-please Holiday offering.

In the Spring of 2004 the digital singles ‘I Wonder‘ and ‘Queen of Me‘ were made available on Natalie’s official site. The songs garnered tremendous attention and In July 2004, ‘Queen of Me’ was released by Avex, Inc. Japan on the “Soul Essentials 7″ series with songs by Rahsaan Patterson, Earth, Wind & Fire and others.

Much to the delight of fans eagerly awaiting new material, January 2009 saw the release of the long awaited sophomore album “Random Thoughts“. The album features a selection of songs with varying themes (Natalie’s Random Thoughts) that range from the inspiring “Hold Your Head Up High”, the girl power anthem “Queen of Me” and the uplifting “It’s A Beautiful Day”, to the thought provoking “What’s Going on Next Door?”, the unity rallying call of “Come Closer”, the sultry “How I Love 2 Love U”, the soulful “You’re Mysterious” and signature love ballad “I Knew You Were The One”, and more.

Since late March 2010, Natalie shared via her nVlogs Video Blog series the making of her latest project entitled “The Relationship Odyssey“. The album was released on January 17, 2012 with the partial support of fans via her crowd funding effort. You can watch the entire series on Natalie’s site or at her YouTube channel or on her web site www.natalie-brown.com/video

Natalie has actively been licensing her music for Film/TV and Commercial placements since 2002. She’s had music placed on every major North American cable network and premium television programs across the globe.
