<p>Rocko's Nervous Breakdown is The solo project from Dan Whatley.&nbsp; Dan Haill's from Chicago, Illinois.&nbsp; Rocko's Nervous Breakdown was started in 1999 when Dan made a 3 song demo that he played for a few friends who said he was on to something, but didn't officially get up and running until 2009 when Rocko's Nervous Breakdown's self-titled debut album was recorded.&nbsp;</p>
