This was originally a Bo Diddley song and it is a song I have always wanted to cover, but was worried I wouldn't do it justice. Eventually I recorded it for my own I satisfaction and uploaded it on a couple of music sites. The feedback was so positive that I decided to release it as a licensed single. I hope you enjoy my inerpretation.

Used to play in many semi-pro bands in 70s, played bass for David Jackson (Van Der Graaf Generator) on some of his demo work. Have worked with Trevor Thornton - Drummer (Saxon, Asia), Ray Brookes - Multi instrumentalist and songwriter (Rory Gallagher Band), Kathy Short - Singer/songwriter (Kathy & the Short-List), Fred White - Drummer, Carol Sue - Singer/songwriter and guitarist, Ern and The TrueVulgarian - Singer/songwriters, Paul Rainbird (band mate from early bands) and Ricky Moore (Songwriter and guitarist). Played Windsor free festival on same billing as Hawkwind and met the late great lemmy. In the 80s played in "Shoot the Butler" who released an indie album, cut at Abbey Road. Back to gigging for a while, then the studio for a cassette release called "Final Curtain" by Flix. Wilderness for 10 years,. Now I am back writing and producing my own stuff. Cuts down on band disagreements :D
Thanks @farrell-jackson @carol-sue and @jimsae
