I started playing bass when I was 18 - mainly inspired by Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, Cliff Burton, Joe DiBiase, etc. I used to be a "metal dude" and have since expanded my horizons and especially love the blues. I started messing around with guitar and keys and started doing home recording on a Fostex cassette 4-track around 1992 and just took the leap to a computer-based DAW in 2006 (SONAR). I'm now 36 years old and just a hobbyist working on music when I can between work (insurance), being a husband and a step-father (13-year old girl). Love doing internet collabs because it works well for my schedule and helps add new perspectives to my recordings.
