Steve began as most musos do playing live gigs in a band in clubs, pubs and festivals.
He also began writing jingles, soundtracks, children’s music and Christian chorus. His jingle writing led to a contract with “BUSHRANGER 4WD PARTS”. Steve wrote and recorded a jingle for them, which has now become part of the company and continues to be used in their National T.V advertising campaigns
Vince Williamson Managing director has said, “…Steve’s jingle & our company image have now become inseparable”. More jingles followed from many more company’s and radio stations.
Steve is a mmulti-instrumentalist, playing guitar, keyboards, banjo, bass and drums.
Steve’s Debdebut album “BLUE SKY” was released in early 2005 .It was a completely independent production and Steve did the recording engineering at his own studio ‘Alpha & Omega digital recording studio’. Blue sky has a fresh sound, punchy & passionate, with a real edge, perfect formix radio stations looking for something different, his first single, Highway, was pre-released in late 2004. Then Stations around Australia followed picking up the next two singles BLUE SKY & MANGEY DOGS. The album showcases Steve’s talents as a songwriter with all 13 songs penned by him. One of the standout songs is “The grass ain’t never greener” winning a place in the 2005 TAS & NZ Songwriter Awards.
In 2006 Steve was named as a finalist in the APRA PROFFESSION DEVOLOPMENT AWARDS for songwritting.
With the release of Blue Sky, Steve received national and international radio airplay.

Major acts including Rick Price. He has appeared on CHANNEL 10 with TIM BAILEY. His live festivals include: The Galstone Music Festival 2005 & 2006 where he played to over 5000 people, the Ingle burn Alive Festival 2005 & 2006 to similar crowd numbers, and the Tooleybuc Music Festival.
Also in 2006 Steve performed at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the main arena as well as having his own 1 hour show.

Steve’s 2nd album THE RIVER was released in 2007. Steve had instant success with his video clip “Talking About The Weather” which Channel 9’s The Music Jungle aired the clip was shot by McLeod’s Daughters and Stingers D.O.P. Darrell Martin. CMC (foxtel) also picked up the clip
In 2008 Steve appeared at the Tamworth Music Festival playing 8 shows to big audiences.
In July 2002007 Steve was signed to his first distributing deal through One Stop Entertainment.
The album THE RIVER was released through them in December 2007. The album features 12 new songs once again all written or co – written by Steve. Capital News Say

In 2008 Steve was approached by NRMA care flight to pen a song to raise money for this vital service he did and the song was released in Sept 2008
He finished 2008 with a GUESTappearence at the PGA at Hyatt Coolum QLD.
2009 started extremely well for Steve with a new publishing Deal for his new album called “Nothing But The Truth”. A children’s gospel CD, It was be released in 2010. It was soon also picked up by Word and Korong Book stores Australia wide as well as various Christian school education departments. It has now been added to a national catalogue for school use.
In 2008 Steve was employed by AUSTRALIA ZOO as an entertainer where he presents THE WILDLIFE WARRIOR SHOW to over 5000 people per day.
He appeared at the Caboolture Urban Festival in 2009 and 2013.
In August 2010 Steve was chosen as the opening act at the National Music Muster at Gympie in Queensland, the festival attracted 70,000 people.
In 2011/12 Steve took a residency at the CROWNE PLAZA pelican waters where he still performs weekly.
