VANRAY, aka Pete Long, is a solo acoustic artist based in Somerset, recording and performing original material and covers at venues across the UK and beyond.
The driving force behind indie band Moonpump and the  alternative electroacoustic act Fie! Fie! Fie!, VanRay has been prolific in terms of penning tunes, with many of the tracks featuring on radio stations around the world.
A typical live set features cover versions as diverse as Soft Cell, Bob Marley, Pixies, Rag N Bone Man, James, Neil Young, John Martyn, The Cure, Blondie, Nirvana, Green Day, AC/DC, TLC, and many more..
The release of the album HOW FAR EIFFEL in 2019 and the new EPs Stoplines & Byways, A Stones Throw Away and To The Dark Earth in 2021 has seen tons of worldwide airplay, plus, a string of live performances all over the UK means that VanRay is always busy and looking for more opportunities.
2021 will see the release of more new material on all major platforms.
