I'll be okay without all the drugs ,can't do that anyways.
I can put it out of mind naturally, cuttin down on the stress an what not is always a challenge,isn't it...they might be right about depression,stress,anxiety bein a cause.
so keep a smile on your face my friends...

The bottom line is that most people "get used" to tinnitus, and learn to "tune it out". It is unusual (although not impossible) for people to get substantial relief from medication, devices, or surgery. "Obsessing" about tinnitus, generally tends to make it more persistent and worse. Thus doctors tend to discourage reading of web pages like this one, or joining of support groups. The treatments that work the best for tinnitus are those that alter ones emotional state -- antidepressants and antianxiety drugs, and ones that allow you to get a full night's sleep.
The bad news in more detail : Dobie (1999) reviewed the 69 randomized controlled trials of tinnitus treatments. electrical stimulation deserve further study. ""

yeah I was a little worried for the last week waiting to hear,I have this ringin in my right ear and it drives me nuts and sometimes I get dizzy. so we did the MRI ,and well they put headphones on you while your in the "coffin" so i had them tune in to the best station in Texas ,Lonestar..and they play,Blue oyster cult-don't fear the reaper followed by Zep's stairway to heaven and well I thought that was weird for sure,but anyways I have tendonidous and well I will have to deal with it..
just feelin glad to still be here wheewwww...
