Ummmmm...the backing track is very good. But your vocal sounds like it is sitting on top of the mix instead of being in the mix. That is distracting to my ears. Perhaps another mix is warranted?

You might be wondering why it may have taken me this bit of while to get to review it...well listened to it many times. I have so many words of praise for this genuine tune, that I have been speechless, not able to find the words that really express my feelings.
It simply is so wonderful to listen to. I feel also, that it really hit me so emotionally, because the first time I heard it...& even after, it brought strong feelings about my dear wife Jennifer & how I feel about her...
meaning, she expects not much from me, no big presents, or even be surprised sometimes;- she just loves for me be there for her & it took awhile for me to know that the small things I do with & for her & our sons, count alot for her, are so very precious...
Just to "be by her side".
