Andrew Meyerhoff hails from Vancouver, Canada. Andrew started his first band in 1977 with friend Glenn Widsten. The Band included Bruce Baird, younger brother of Tom Baird, leader of Rare Earth, the only all white band signed to Motown Records. In 1989, Andrew moved to Fukuoka, Japan and hooked with Billy Freedom. Billy and Andrew immediately clicked, and the rest was history. The song "Gypsy" has earned accolades from Ben E. King ("Now and then we do a good feeling song like this one" and Peabo Bryson ("Your song is nice, smooth, and cool. It would be a great song for Ben E. King or Micahel Bolton"). Well, over 16 years after the fact, Andrew and Billy have decided to release "Gypsy" for the world.
