Well Facebook made a change somewhere down the line and it stopped our Audio Players from working on Facebook. I spent about an hour last night playing with it and got it working again. That is the good news. The bad news is Facebook caches all of the pages and I think only Zuckerberg knows how long that is until they expire and cache the pages again. Facebook offers a developer page that will refresh the caches from an individual page standpoint but not an entire site. In other words, I can't snap my fingers and make it work!

Please give it a couple of days and you will be able to embed the players back on Facebook again. Sorry for the issue everyone!

Todd

New Song

By Sam Houston, 2013-05-17

I uploaded a new song called Misty Rain. Please give it a listen and comment. Despite popular opinion, it's not easy to record a decent song on a P.O.S. computer and free software. This one was particulary difficult because it includes four part harmony....with myself. So please give it a listen and comment.

Tennessee River - OCR Boys & Bilbozo

Tennessee River - OCR Boys & Bilbozo

This collab is for Bobby & Steve who put their dedication into their great show on Mixposure. Sad to see them go, but they are onto big things and we are all proud. I talked with Bobby (Bubba) about doing this for a while, and we finally got her down. I got the bass, acoustic tack and drums and Bobbys vocals. I dusted off the harmonica, brought out the old country Fender Strat and the pedal steel and the midi-guitar for the fiddle parts for this one. Always fun and challenging doing multiple instruments in a track.

A great Nashville sounding song about growing up on the great Tennessee River. Thanks Bobby & Steve..Nashville gents, we're gonna miss ya'll. Comments always welcome.

http://www2.mixposure.com/Bilbozo/song_focus_31249.php

Oye (Oakie) Como Va

By Farrell Jackson, 2013-05-11
Oye (Oakie) Como Va

This is a cover song my good friend Neil Swanson sent over with a request for some guitar enhancements. I really liked Neil's fast tempo version of Oye Como Va so I did my best to add some good guitar enhancements to his already excellent music.

BTW - I'm calling it Oye (Oakie) Como Va, with no disrepect, because Neil and I are a couple of Oakies trying to do justice to Tito Puentes' great Latin song. Here's The HFA License # 1175922076

Neil Swanson: Organ, all music and drums/percussion programming.

Farrell Jackson: Guitars

Enjoy

http://www.mixposure.com/pages/iaudio/song_id=31229
