<p><img src="http://www.mixposure.com/include/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />Good morning all</p><p>Sorry to have to leave so early last night but,I had&nbsp; been up just a little to long.</p><p>If I had stsyed I might have awoke to fine I had found my keyboard a nice pillow.</p><p>I really enjoyed the Music Great Job Devodale,grwat show as much as I got to be there for But,I'm just pos... the show was as great all night.</p><p>There is some great Music and voices here on the mix,I hear them alot.</p><p>I could only wish to have such a voice as some of the wonderfull ladies do or the tal... Just wonderfull Ladies...</p><p>Not to say you guys are any thing to sneese at either you guys are just great to but,I want compare my voice to yours if thats ok,lol</p><p>Altho,with these alger... I do have some what of a deeper tone ,don't like it much but ,what can yo do.</p><p>G everyone says is my key I don't think there is a key for me lol</p><p>Really ,I don't know one note from the other I just as I heard someone say one Open up and what you get is what you get lol.</p><p>But,I know what I llike and what I think Is great,what I think is great or wonderful may not be what you think is great or good ,but I have the right to say what I think and will do so ,I don't play music to judge how well you did at making the track I play music to enjoy the music and if I enjoy the music then as far as I'm concerned you did a great job,I don't know one thing about mixing and all that and that's not where I'm at when I say to you a song was great it's about how it made me feel and how much I enjoyed that song.To me the out come is what counts not how long or how little work went into it,but how much people enjoy the work you did,I know you guys work hard on you music that's not what I mean ,I'm just sying no matter what is or isn't the final out come should be something someone enjoy's,if you work 3 mo.s or 3 years on something and nobody likes it what have you acomplished?</p><p>If your Heart Is in it then go for it,you have to enjoy what you are doing as well,I can usually tell when someone enjoyed doing a song,you see&nbsp;you can feel it ,or at least I can,try it sometimes just close your eyes and sence the music,It really works.</p><p>And no I'm not nuts lol</p><p>You are just wonderfull,alot of Tal...you are just great people love you all.</p><p>Anyway,every one have a great day and a wonderful weekend.</p><p>love to all</p><p>Fay</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Rob Grant- bass. Gary Carciello - all guitars. DrC - all keys, drums,&nbsp;production, and mixing. Farrell Jackson - songwriter and all vocals. Nigel Potter - lyric.</p><p>This song is the result of an idea I was toying with on guitar. I had developed the chord structure and melody but hadn't written the words yet. Then.......the Same Nigel Lyric Challenge popped up at Mixposure. So I printed off the lyric and was amazed at the ease of how they fit with my melody. I then made a quick demo and sent it off to DrC, Gary, and Rob to see if they thought it had potential and if so, whether or not Rayon Vert wanted to particpate in the challenge with this song. The answer back was yes so we went to work on it.</p><p>The challenge deadline is 9-05-09. Well today is 9-05-09 and we are posting the song up as we slide in under the wire, lol!</p><p>Enjoy and thanks for the great lyric to work with Nigel, it was fun!</p><p>Farrell for Rayon Vert</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Well, this completes the songs for our first CD. The original "Black Cat" done by CGDC and Friends was sung by myself (Rob), but I really wanted Farrell to sing the song for our CD. I thought he might be a little reluctant, due to the song lyrics, being a little personal.......hehehehehehehe......I didn't want anyone to think he was the CRAZY dude........hahahahahaha. Well!?!?!?! I guess, there are people all over the world who can relate to the lyrics in&nbsp;one way or another.........and I feel Farrell did a SUPER job with the song.</p><p>ANYWAY!!! The song started with a bass and drum part, supplied to Doctor C. I had no idea what he would do with it. With his classical influenece, he added the first lead break section. I heard that added bass to it and REALLY loved his addition. After he added his keyboards, I added the lyrics and vocals. At this point we turned the song over to Gary C for his super guitar additions. This new version, has changes from the original,&nbsp;new drums by Doctor C, new lead guitar parts by Gary and of course new vocals by Farrell.&nbsp;The whole song has been re-mixed and engineered by Doctor C and sent out for mastering, in prep for our CD.</p><p>OH!! BTW!! I just HAD to try to get in the spirit on the times and get some "rapping" in this song........hehehehehehehehehe. Well???
