Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you all I've missed you and this site and it's good to be back.
No reason to go into details, we all have our own lives to deal with, but I have gone through some life changing events in the past couple of years. The only thing that really kept me sane was music. But as I said, everybody has tough times and we carry on, don't we?
I have completely redone my "studio", including new, well, everything. PC, software, monitors, environment; it's all new and I'm having a great time trying to figure it all out! Love my toys!
Anyway, again, it's great to be back!
A brief note on the songs on my page....
I've been working on a CD of covers of some of my favorite Classic Rock tracks. It's been really challenging to record these songs and I've had some great help from some really incredibly talented folks. Also, I want to make it clear that I obtain licenses and pay royalties to the artists and composers of all of these songs.
I also have a CD of original tunes completed but not yet mastered. I'll put the tracks from that up as they are finished. You've probably heard some of them but I have been remixing and updating them.
ROCK ON FOLKS!!
And now for some good news.
The two albums I've produced that have previously only been available on my Bandcamp are now for sale on Mixposure.
The first one is a compilation of all the tracks I released under the Tedd-Z project from 2011 to 2015, plus a Brainplant remix.
The second one is an extended version of the Steampunk EP which I released under the Brainplant project.
Feel free to listen, share and possibly send money my way.

Due to both unforseen circumstances (which will remain private) and other commitments, the podcast with Quickhakker will no longer be running on a consistent basis. More episodes may appear in the future, but not any time soon.
The most recent recording will not go out, as too much time has passed and a lot of the things we talked about will be badly out of date. However, I will add the album review to the next recording (whenever that will be), and I may save some bits for an extras episode.
The Patreon pledge for album reviews has also been removed. I may put it back in the future, but I won't make any guarantees.
Apologies to those who have been listening and waiting but, as of now, neither Quickhakker or I can dedicate the time to it.
Thanks for your continued support.
Every now and then we like to feature a New Artist that has joined Mixposure. This month we chose Paul Rainbird . Please check out his Bio below and have a listen to his music.
Biography
Self taught Guitarist started from age 12 Played in several bands during 1970s played at Windsor free festival on two occasions once supporting Hawkwind in front of 25000 people.
During the 1980s I played in a duo and as lead guitarist in a variety of bands I also started recording my music on a four track recorder.
During the 1990s I joined a local band called The Bun and went on tour in Germany also we played alongside Eric Clapton at a private gig. with The Bun I played many Prestigious venues in London and South east England.
Still playing with The Bun up until recently but I am now focused
on the recording side of things.
I am very happy to announce that I have released a new 12 song album titled 'It's High Time'.
I named the album after a song I wrote in 2014, which is also the title track. Another reason I titled the album as such is because, in a way, I've been working on this project since I was 13 years old.
The album includes the first song I ever wrote at age 13 titled 'Falcon Hill'. I also noticed that this album includes songs that I wrote at various times in my life. I don't necess arily know exactly what years I wrote each of them because the first time I applied for copyrights to any of my songs was in 1989.
This album includes songs with copyright dates from 1989 through 2017. As you can see it's high time for me to finish this album. I honestly couldn't tell you the amount of hours that I have put into this project except that in essence it's a lifetime of work!
Falcon Hill' is track number 8. I'm a Libra and I've always considered my lucky number to be 8 because it has the balance that a Libra strives for. I'm selling the 12 song album on my website and at BandCamp.com for $8.
It should will be in distribution by the end of March 2018, meaning you'll be able to find it at places like iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, etc.
Currently it's available for purchase/download at the following links:

If you are curious about the details of what an indie artist such as myself puts into releasing an album, please check out an article I wrote for Artistic Echoes. Artistic Echoes is and internet based magazine. See the link below:

I hope you'll take some time to give a listen and even consider purchasing a song or two. Maybe add it to your play list when it's available and share it with others.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my new album release Cheers!

Bio:
I started playing guitar when I was 16 with a love for world music, latin and rock. I try to do something in almost every genre to be as rounded a player as I can ! I have been playing in various local bands for about 15 years. When the digital recording age came along I built a home studio and began to learn recording, Acid Looping and combining those elements together to create grooves and compositions. I have a business and a family but I continue to be a weekend warrior playing in a Classic Rock Band for fun and fuel my passion to write grooves, soundtracks, jingle bites and ambient compositions. This is my Hidden Mission !
