iMS Closing Down - Sort of LOL .....

OUR BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
We now own Mixposure.com
 
Well I said we had an announcement coming and I was not kidding. There was talk of iMusicScene closing down and essentially it will over the next few months. The reason being? We bought a new domain name that some of you will remember called Mixposure.com. 
The domain name was expiring and I left a message for Kyle, the old owner of Mixposure. I never had a return call and he let it expire. That was sad because I wanted to buy it from him. Instead it basically went to someone who had the domain name on backorder. These companies do that so they can sell the domain for a huge profit.
Mixposure had a rich history and a lot of talented artist. I hated to see the domain name go to waste so I started the transaction on Friday and it completed today. I almost canceled it over the weekend after everything that went on.
I think this is a great move for us personally. Yes I am sad that iMS Name will be going away in a way. But I think the Mixposure name had such a great following we will just add to the great artist here.
I am not sure how some people are going to take this. Some may find it great. Others may be saddened. This is why i was going to leave the site down for a few days so when you returned, everything would be done.
So this is our big announcement! Love it? Hate? You tell me. We will be changing everything up over the next few days. All links will still work. Those of you that were here when we changed from GuitaristWorks to iMS may remember the fun lol.

Trouble logging in?
Oh on a side note! The one problem with "parking" the iMusicScene.com domain is an issue with browser cookies between the two domain names. So, it is highly sugested that you start using Mixposure.com. If you have trouble logging in, DELETE YOUR COOKIES!

The Big Cheese

Stuff

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone. Your support has been remarkable. We were very very close to shutting down iMS.
One of the things we realized is you guys are family. We know a lot of your first names, about your kids or grankids or college plans. Like all families, we have our ups and downs but usually come together in the end.
With luck we have some big announcements coming this week. Will keep everyone posted.
Again, thanks for your emails of support and the phone calls everyone. You guys are really the best.
