This was a demo track I did awhile ago that never got finished. There are plenty of things that could be fixed lol. Maybe I will get around to it.

I'm jumpin' around and picking various genres here and there. This I enjoy with your good vocals, fine range. Like the way the guitar comes in. Good lyrics; fine composition. Like the addition of the acoustic in there to give some space and a different pace; good arranging. FAB production. Very good track. Like the guitar following your vocals. EXCELLENT piece of artistry Dazed.

This is awesome lyrically, instrumentally and mix-wise. Good message, well delivered. Vox are phenomenal, as is the picking. It's got the radio-friendly hook without the mainstream, cookie-cutter sound. Very, very nice.

As a demo, this is exceptional. It does sound a bit muddled in the middle with th heavy guitar chords and vocals. Some of the clarity is lost in there. The vocal might be a tad too echo heavy also, although a delay effect might be cool on certain words and lines. 'Tis a work in progress, so I have to say I like what you have so far. The finished work should be a killer.

Yes, DaZeD.I am one who listened to this on the 1st postin...i think it has incredible potential...cause it has all the elements converging to the (hook) catchy chorus (csharp e flat resolve is just downright slick (IMO)
The theme, topic are are set forth nicey with your vocal delivery..
hit em remind em hit again....techique,..very proper.

recognize these drum intros.. like mine.. loops.. lol.. but they sound good these days.. soon as the music kicks in we forget about it.. like your lyrics brother.. and you know i like your singing.. lots of distortion on that axe makes me think the mix
is.. but the vocals are crystal clear so it isn't the mix.. just that one guitar.. I like the acoustic finger picking parts a whole bunch.. if it's a demo then I'll just say this will be a very strong song.. cheers..

Great sounding demo, Dazed. Love the build up and then drop back in intensity. Very nice sounding acoustic playing and the vocals are just great. There seems to be a slight lack of sync between the crunchy rhythm guitar and the snare. May be intended, not sure. Great tone on the elec guit though. Looking forward to the final version.
Cheers

Dazed, this is very good for a demo. The chorus part is attractive. My personal suggestion would be to shorten the second verse a bit so as to build more quickly to the chorus again before the first chorus dies in the listener's mind. Cheers.

Nice song and great arrangement. Vocals were a little hard to appreciate (volume) but thats due to my inadequate speakers. All in all very nice

Well I have not updated this in forever so here is a little background on me.
Music started for me at an early age. My father sang opera and played piano so there was always music around the house. Around the age of 12 or so I got a Tara acoustic guitar. I am not sure if they even make those any more. Anyway from there I went to an Electra electric guitar. I had a buddy who was ripping Eddie Van Halen solos around the age of 14 so he became my guide. The kid was brilliant. There was literally nothing he could not play including classical.
Anyway I started playing in a few bands. I bought a Gibson Les Paul Standard but was primarily doing vocals. I bounced around with bands but mostly played for my enjoyment. I ended up selling my Les Paul (long story) and this time, I had an Ovation 12 string and another electric. However I was just not playing as much so I pretty much stopped for 6 years.
Eventually I had the urge to play again so I had seen all of those Carvin Catalogs and bought a Carvin Cobalt Acoustic. Amazing guitar. By this time, my beautiful wife, WildCherry, had me building a website for her. It was kind of fun to do so I ended up building a site called Guitarstworks.com. Having that site really pushed me into playing more and opened up a whole new world for me. Home recording had me hooked. It was not long after that I bought a Carvin CT6M. What an amazing and stunning guitar! Then I added a Carvin amp and eventually WildCherry bought a Carvin custom Bass.
GuitaristWorks lasted about 2-3 years and we changed the name to iMusicScene in order to appeal to all musicians and not be specific to only one instrument. iMS was beginning to grow when the Mixposure domain was set to expire. Obviously we acquired the domain but at a hefty price. Hopefully it will work out for everyone in the long run!
Thanks for reading my bio and checking out my page. Most of all though, thanks for being a part of Mixposure.
