<p>Well I got the surgery and it was a sucess! I got my fret hand back so LttD lives!!! We are getting ready for live shows and hope to finish up our recordings. I'll be working on getting my hand back up to speed. I wanted to thank everyone for their support!</p><p> </p><p>Kerrin</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Greetings everyone I am sorry i have been away for so long but I have news to report. Due to my job I injured my hand and I will not be playing guitar for a very long time. I have been diagnosed with trigger finger. I am also dealing with workers comp and fighting my place of employment for it. On Jan 10, 2011 I have to go see a hand specialist to find out what we can do for my hand. From what I have been told by other doctors two things will probably happen either injections in my left ring finger or surgery to fix it. The sad thing is this injury could have been prevented. Due to this injury and my work not making accomodations for me I am home. I am very thankful I have a lawyer to fight for me and I am a proud union member. My union is also aware of what has been done and is fighting for me too. </span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Right now what we have decided to do for LttD Scott will be taking over guitars and bass. I can still program and do vocal work. Even though we have not been online as much as we would like to be the music has never stopped. This track currently has no name and is being written</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">I decided to go with a more simple approach on the guitars and bass allowing the synth work to come through. Once everything is put together all the sounds are heard. I wanted these songs to make Scott's and John's vocals to tie everything together and shine. John's debut will be heard on Verzichten. <p style="text-align: center;">Okay I got the shot/needle in my hand and it did not work. I have been set for surgery on Feb 16. This is the only way to fix trigger finger. I dont like the thought of someone cutting my hand open but it has to be done. So currently I have been on the ball with the whole work situation and I will continue to be relentless on the matter. <p>I am sorry I have not be online to do reviews and chat with everyone. Some of you know that my father was sick with cancer. I also got a new job creating less time for me to keep the sites up to date. To let everyone know my father passed away at his home on Monday. I am doing okay and taking the time to get everything in order that he left us. Though Scott and I have been busy with life the music has never stopped and never will. As always we have new songs in the works and soon you will hear something new added to LttD. Before I head out I'd like to send a huge thank you to everyone on the mix site for your support.
