Leaving the Past Behind - New Song

Hi, this is Lonnie.

I’ve been away for a while, but I never really stopped making music.

Over the years I’ve continued writing, recording, producing, collaborating, and experimenting with different sounds. As you’ll hear on this page, I’ve been involved in a number of projects covering a pretty wide range of genres. I’ve never been too interested in staying inside one musical box — if something inspires me, I want to see where it goes.

Some of these tracks are personal projects, some are collaborations, and others come from simply getting together with good musicians and seeing what happens. They represent different times, different influences, and different sides of what I enjoy about making music.

After more than 20 years of recording and production, I’m still learning, still experimenting, and most importantly, still enjoying the process.
