<p>I come from a "musically-inclined" family, and I grew up appreciating many types of genres. This particular brand here on Mixposure is new for me, so I'm going to need a lot of support and assistance to understand it. Growing up, I came from a close-knit family, who learned the basics of piano, church hymns, camp songs, and secular music. My favorites started with country, music from generations before mine (mom and grandparents), classical and up to and including pop rock from the 70s and 80s. Putting all that together, I believe this style of music being played here is very unique. Researching music while in high school, I have found that the authors are basically telling a story of something that has personal meaning to them. This is a concept that I find very intriguing, and I look forward to hearing more of it.</p>
