Yes you definitely are very accurate in your summation of the musical direction. I actually have made even better music but I have to wait until I can afford them mixposure premium subscription.

Nicely written Farrell. The key changes and the well chosen dominants keep it real and nicely balanced and stop it from getting to minor mode heavy. Good balanced lyric as well. I liked the horn intro sets up the introspection. The progression is refreshing to me.
