Cool synth layering and it has a real hook in the rhythm pattern.. I have no idea on genre either but I bet there are clubs where this would find a home ... Great stuff...

A very moody song with some excellent vocals and lyrics! The song builds up perfectly. There's a lot to listen to and think about here...nicely done!

Tag Cloud
Well I was thinking more rush, hemispheres era...
The guitar is classic Lifeson in feel.
But that is only a sub tone to the full palette.
It is true that it feels VERY short, but I think there is most likely a very good reason...
Most likely a bridge song between two larger pieces would be my guess.
It is classic rock in the truest sense of progressive.
Progressive artists will do everything from a two minite interlude to a thirty minite rock opera...
What it is though is PERFECTLY executed, there is not a single momment that feels redundant, not a chord that isn't carrying something with it.
Classic and excellent.
Nigel.
It reminds me of a mix of Yes and Tull. Very cool.
I almost forgot about this one!!!! Wheres Blake? this will PROVE I DO play acoustic! LOL! (inside joke). Henry, one day we'll have to do the three minute full up version of this!!!! Always a treat to hear your amazing artistry!!!!!
Loving this track guys, yep..a hint of Tull. Dig the sound of the 12 string, great picking in the opening movement. Henry!! your vocals are pure excellence. So many ideas popped into my head listening to this, keep going guys its already a winner.
Hello Henry...
Is that Jack on acoustic? Sounds great!
I have always said you guys work so well together. Almost as well as you and I Henry! Haha!
Wonderful piece of music!
Excellent production and very tight performance. I really enjoyed this a lot. The guitar work was very impressive. You do have a great voice too!!
Mike K.
This is excellent, reminds me very much of Jethro Tull. I can almost hear Ian Anderson's influence on this. well done
Love the intricate acoustic picking....(tull-meeting genisis) with the great vocals...interesting chord progressions...sounds like it gonna build up to something bigger...being as it's only a taste (i hope) to whats to come... curious? you bet.. SNAP!
Excellent feel in the intro.....Enjoyed guys.
Cool guitar sound and playing. Your vocals is amazing. Keep it up. Peace!
love your unique singing henry and you compositions are always sure to be interesting and musically informed.. jack is one of my fave pickers.. whoa that IS short.. got to read your description.. WIP then?.. that must have been jack on the awesome sounding acoustic.. no solo as of yet.. your lyrics sounded like my kind of lyrics.. I look forward to the usual tarboy full treatment.. you know.. an epic rock opus.. cheers..
First..............You both are amazing musicians !!!! Guitar work and tempo changes were excellent.......quality plus........Henry,I can understand how this track would inspire you to create your special blend of awesome vocals. We can only hope that this track will continue and grow ! Splendid work .... Jack and Henry !!!!
Larry T.......
Blown away. That's how I'm feeling. You're killing me Henry...how many awesome performances have you left in you? And Jack....yeah, I'm here man. You have removed all doubts what so ever!! Not just two outstanding performances but the song is marvelous. Brilliant vocal/lyrical weaving Henry. Tull, yes a bit. Awesome guys!!!!!! ~Blake
