This is reminiscent of songs in the 60's specifically Herman's Hermits. Great lyrics Linda. I adore the story this conveys.
I think the B52's reference from the previous reviewer is a very good one...but this has a more laid back vibe than say a song like 'Love Shack'.
A great collaboration indeed and an enjoyable listen for me.

What can one say...alot, actually, with so many great folks here. Good vocals..has a pop/rock flavour. Like the percussion, -the harmonies are just what is needed and a fine guitar playing-cool solo by Rwk, I'm sure...This sounds like you artists are having too much fun...lol, a fine composition, great guitar solo again, that takes this higher... a catchy tune...love that repetition of the title. Good drums. Well arranged. GREAT tune. Love it, enjoyed it several spins around already. SUPERB Lrical Princess..Heinz & everyone.

"Brand New Start" is a very fun song...Makes me want to go to the beach. Although, I could have sworn the song would be called "Deep Down In My Heart", but I was wrong about that. The lyrics are great, LP. All around good song and some fancy production.

This has turned out to be a happy early sixties kinda tune....didn't expect that to be honest... the best part for me,apart from your lyrics, are the wonderfully arranged and sung backing vocals giving this song an extra shine.So you crossed the magic barrier of five songs...A brand new start indeed.
This song verges on comedy it is so "light" in feel. It certainly sounds like you guys had fun recording this!

This reminds me very much of Europop.
We don't get very much of it in the UK,but the rest of Europe is a very rich market for it.
