Re: Voodoo in Blue

A great start with the piano. That bass (standup ?) has a different sound but it fits very well with the song. Again the piano work is super. I also like how the flute floats about. Well done Sean!

Back to give this a closer listen. First off it's a cool production technique to start off slow and then kick up the tempo into the main song. That is so cool. The zippered mouth picture looks like you are hittin' a fat bomber...that's what I saw at first glance, lol. Great overdrive on the rhythm guitars. Excellent multi-delay effects on the vocals in the right spots. I almost forgot to mention the full bodied bass tone...another highlight. It's amazing what one hears and keys in on, lol!
What to say - this is a fun one, the cool classic rythmn guitar into and the solo over the tremolo guitar scrunch was wonderful, very memorable, fine writing indeed, great song here, thanks for that!
Thanks @bad-love-junkie @rich-lodato and @farrell-jackson Always good to get feedback
I always like to hear a tremolo effect on guitars because they add a lot to strummed chords like they do here, nice! I think you had a lot to say...Another good one Cuz!
Nothing here, not to love!
That fantastic guitar solo really says it all! The backing vocals add so much to the vibe and feel of the track, and the effects on the lead vocal are super cool too.
