The thick background pad at the first half is a great sound. The vocal harmonies give it a wonderful unified feel to it and keep it from sounding too unhappy or at least make one feel they are not...

Mark, this may be an older song but it sounds fresh to my ears with the up to date recording. It's very clear and the melody and words are good. I do like those backing vocals and the solo sections. Also nice acoustic rhythm strum and tone that carries the song well.
