First off this is a cool chord progression. A good one to sing and do lead work over top of. I like the doubled octave vocals and the outro guitar soloing. Nice work, Paul!

Yes, it should no doubt be under IDM, but is that in the list here? The key thing to this song is this VST UltraTrigger FX by 'AZ Audio' (Google it up). And one plays the effects from a MIDI keyboard in realtime. Pretty neat, but I'm more a Brian Eno in that I like to analyse the effects beforehand. 
OMG! this damn guitar tone is crushing. Killer man. Vocals are very catchy and Intense. excellent job. keep writing like this and the world has no choice but to accept the truth that saturated Rocks BIG TIME.

Fantastic, reminds me so much of 90s fresh rock, with absolutly rough energy on vocals... a true burner with a wonderful soft bridge as a tribute to Pink Floyd.
