I like the slow start that moves to the middle build up and back again. That makes for some great dynamics. Excellent vocals and a cool song (love the outro) to close the year out with, Eric!

I like the chords, but as I do constantly regarding anything called acoustic, try recording the guitars with a mike rather than line-in. Line-in robs the resonance. Otherwise, I like the Vedder-like vocals and lyrics. Cool tune.
