billb summed it up quite well, seems to me. In a slightly uncomfortable way I enjoyed this. A lot. It is unique. I love the originality. Standing ovation from here.

I sat down, leaned back, and completely enjoyed this tune! It unfolds in a most interesting way, to me at least. Love the instrumentation. This was a pleasure and I appreciate you sharing this.

Love the floating guitars back and forth in the stereo field. Mighty fine guitar playing. A cool and interesting tune, too. I enjoyed this, Paul.

Great to hear about the basketball team usage so make sure to send me a link when it's done. Now that you say it was recorded in a club, I would agree that the sound is PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
Excellent playing - some of it sounds machine like when you get that bass drum locked in in the most intense sections. I'm not that keen on the overall drum sound (ie the reverb) but the playing is just great. I imagine someone would like to sample it and make a track out of it. Have you done this yet? Or do you intend to?
BIG THANKS to ALL of YOU for the reviews.
Glad you enjoyed it, because I had a lot of fun playing it. This particular recording was done several years ago, and I´m actually much better now.
@Endle55Rotary, My solo has recently been picked up, and is being used as the video soundtrack for a kids basketball team, (that are absolutely incredible) for their promotion video. I´ll post it here when the video is finished. Added; For a live recording in a club, I´d say that the sound was PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
I had to check out the " Porn Groove" Genre (for my own personal reasons) , but I did not expect to find this!!
Amazing work and as has been touched on before, An accoustic drum solo cannot be beat!! in a Day and age where a tiny laptop will claim to give you all you need it's refreshing to hear this!!
More please
tasty drum work Di. solo is rippin!
Like it Di mang.
Especially the heavy kick section ....ankle jarring stuff.
This kinda thang really goes down a storm in a live venue as you must surely know.
U may wanna get yourself some kinda metronome to help with the timekeeping though
( joking mate its grea stuff )
Sly
Ahh yes , I remember this from a while back. Love the FACT that indeed you can hit the acoustic tubs with alot of power and control..
Need to hear ALOT more of this Acoustic stuff on yer toons..Nothing can challenge the live input of real tubs!
Harder to do?... of course it is!
Sound better? ... OF COURSE IT DOES!
With the talent that you obviously have... taking the acoustic drum recordings to the next level would be a challenge perfect for the D mang.
smoke me with some more!!!
great playing Bro!
Hey, thanks for putting this one up . Nice just to hear the kit sing once in awhile.
This one sounds like a pretty good airobic work out too.
Ah , it's great when you can get paid to bang on stuff huh?
Good hands man.
