Dark, moody and edgy. The gregorian-esk chants and to the simmering flavour. Very tasty. Nice one Bill

GREAT JOB on this track. You are SUPER, dude!
Brian. We just got back on the new Mix.You gave us some nice comments back on the old site.Great to hear you stuff again. This one is another in a long long stable of quality material you write and perform.Keep em comin'.Arnold and Lenny
I really liked this track, great instrumental line. But the vocal delivery was magic, Superb lyric well put across. This is my favourite of the day well done really enjoyed this one
Nice flow but the vocals kick ****. Love it.
Hans
Hey Brian, Love your style I think we should work on another sony together, hopeing I would hear apache 2006 here too! Your best internet friend, The RatMan!
Hi Brian, just catching up on a few things...been away in China for a while. This is a great interpretation on Carol's lyrics, and it's good to hear another more uptempo, cheerful version. Great vocal, production and mix! Well done all round I say!
Missed this one Brian...late to the gate. But love your heart and soul. You always capture the emotion and that's just only one thing that sets you apart. Piano and guitar interplay is great with the organ behind at times. It all works well with your wonderful vocal performance. Top notch mate. I always expect that from you..and always get it. Bravo!!
Love the Leon Russell feel to this. Band In The Box is only as good as those that know how to use it. It is a tool that you used very well indeed. Brian, I commend you for making this excellent track happen.
I know how much time it takes to edit tracks, since I do a ton of it myself. To me it's all about getting your idea out to where we can listen to it. Your voice is great to listen to as always!
Lovely, jaunty feel. Very soulful vocals, infectious rhythm and very strong tune. Bit of Van Morrison in there maybe. Very, very enjoyable.
Richard John
WOW!!! You kicked it REAL GOOD!!! I am LOVING all the vesrions of this song. MAN!!! I LOVE your piano, it's ROCKIN'!!!! Your crankin' the vox out real nice......GREAT JOB, BRIAN.......I'm getting the Leon Russell feel from that pieanee.....
Rob

Well,,,, Oh masterful one, this is special ! Great feel and groove ! A "soulful" vocal performance......Bottom line ........
incredible songwriting .....What more can I say ! Always a pleasure listening to your fine music !! All the best,
Larry
Great job Brian. You pulled this off nicely. Keys sound great and I like the b3 in the back of the mix. Vocals are delivered with passion!
This is a great performance & song is uniquely written. Outstanding.
Thanks, Sait and Rob. Just in case people listening to the track don't go into the information page, I want to make it clear that on this track the only direct playing by me is in the vocals. I often use Band In A Box to get me started in writing a song, then dismantle it and reconstruct it playing around with the drums and bass tracks and then adding my own guitar/keyboard tracks (with the keyboard tracks heavily edited, I might say).
On this track, although I've played around with the bass and drums a bit, I ran out of time. So this is only a demo of the song. No credit to me for the playing.
But I agree with you Rob....that BIAB piano track is going to be hard to replace.
Cheers
Brian
