Really lovely piece of work with just the right mix of sweet and grit. I love demos like this that really expose the bones of the song. For what it's worth, (imho) your photo has "star quality" written all it. All the best!

Wow Lex...I am hearing a cross between Dylan and Tom Petty here. This is a very cool song giving us some historical perspective. I like songs like this. Really well done. Love your style and lyrics. Vocal harmonies really add that extra spice to the song. Really enjoyable! ~Blake
A perfect blend of lyrics, music and mood. Very evocative and thoughtful song of those who have gone before. "Tighten up your bible belt" and you've got to Tennessee 'em are the standouts here, Lex. Great track.
