Oz (Knightman) likes making music both naturally and with machines. Oz Started out playing in Rock "garage/basement" type bands then went to playing Rock music in churches (that would let him and his friends play there noise). Those days would be the start to more adventurous endeavors with regular instruments. After watching an inspiring movie around 2001 about a guitar player who looses his hands then builds his music career back with electronic music, Oz coined the name Knightman for his totally electronic projects.Musical tunes spawned from early editions of fruityloops and acid pro. along with lesser known musical workstations was the begining for Knightman as he experimented in his cyber lab. His first electronic project was complete by 2002 a few songs on a few cassette. He passed these out to coworkers at the local factory he worked. Without any effort the promotion of the tapes surprizingly were read about in underground and semi commercial Zines as far away as NewYork ! In 2007 he released a cd on itunes under the Knightman name called the Dark Side Demos. a 6 song cd that included Machine music as well as real instruments. Many projects later he is now working on another cd and collaberating with others.
