I value greatly lyrics,and am always puzzled by those who take so much time to make music and then not include the lyrics.

I think it's a great idea. Back in mixposure, Matty (not at nexus radio) started up a songwriting circle. Three artists were chosen for each circle and their songs were selected and members asked to listen. The artists then talked about the inspiration for the particular song, difficulties they had in getting it together, how it came together etc and members were invited to ask the artists questions and make comments. It was a great way to think tank and get an insight into how others work their craft. Not suggesting we take the same format, but the idea's a beauty.
