This is the same as last year, I dont understand, I can never understand these things...I think that if it starts on July 1 the only songs posted begining then would be involved. Is that the case here? What're the songs listed in the "HERE" link, for or about. I missing something.
Every song Is automatically entered because it is based on reviews.
International is fine with all of the sponsors. However due to the size and weight of the guitar, if the winner is outside of the USA, they will be responsible to pay for shipping and duty.

This is a nice idea, it gives something back to those artists who put a lot of effort into their work. I myself am not entering simply because with 18 guitars already. My other half will move me into the garage if I get anymore. I certainly wish all the best to those that do enter.
My one concern is that song reviews can be engineered as well. I'm sure management are aware that there are artists with duplicate pages who may be more than inclined to review their own songs.

I noticed an 'S' in place of my 'R'- What would that infer; no worries.
Does it refer that 'S' means the song to get most reviews on. Does 'R' still exist?... feel like I'm asking questions about a kids show 'Sesame Streetposure' ...lol.

Interesting! So...I'm taking that any song style can be entered here? Write about anything? No set direction of song? Or is there?

Since this starts now and ends in December, how will you, the audience of possible reviewers, know which song I have entered as the song to be reviewed.
Do we put an 'R' beside it at the final day? Do the judges pick the songs themselves. Not sure about how you know which song is the 'one' we have entered for the chance to win. mmmmm? Maybe not enough coffee this morning. A heck of a Canada Day post haze.

Sounds like a cool and FUN contest Dazed. As for listens and comments are the artists allowed to spam everyone to get listens or is spamming going to be against the rules? By spamming I mean sending out bulk pms to everyone on the site.

I would suggest setting the R on the song now so reviewers know. But in the end, what we will look at is the songs with the most reviews during the set period regardless if the R is set on the song.
In all honesty, to win this contest you are going to need to get fans/friends/artist to review your songs. The top 5 songs with the most reviews will be sent to independent judges to decide the best song. The points will be tallied and a winner declared.

No contest for me all the way, not that I am afraid of losing (already lost too many things already) but contest is not my cup of tea but it is a very good idea to have it here.
